Features:

WF series universal vacuum pulverizer is mainly used in medicine, chemical industry, food, agriculture and grain industries, especially suitable for pulverizing dry brittle materials. This machine utilizes the high-speed relative movement between the high-speed movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc, so that the crushed powder can be crushed by the comprehensive action of the teeth, such as impact, shearing, friction and collision between the materials. Equipped with a dust collector to reduce product cost and no dust flying. The machine has simple structure, stable operation, low noise and good crushing effect, and the crushed materials are directly discharged from the crushing chamber. The size of the crushing particle size can be achieved by selecting screen plates with different apertures. The dust is transported into the dust box by negative pressure air, the bag filter discharges the material, and the dust is recovered by the charging tray, all made of stainless steel.
