Sunward has completed the delivery and on‑site commissioning of a complete fish feed production line for a feed manufacturer in Malawi, Africa.

Every machine of this turn‑key line underwent strict assembly and performance testing inside our workshop before shipment, to guarantee stable operation under local African operating conditions.

Our professional technical engineers travelled all the way to Malawi to carry out full‑range on‑site work, including equipment installation, electrical connection, parameter tuning and multi‑batch trial pellet production. Working with the customer’s local team, our engineers adjusted process parameters according to raw material characteristics, until the fish feed pellets reached expected quality standards.

Apart from machine commissioning, hands‑on technical training was provided for local operators. Training covers daily operation routines, formula adjustment, regular maintenance and troubleshooting of common failures, empowering the customer to run the feed plant independently.
