This is a medium-scale baby food nutritional flour production line in one of our client's factories, the capacity of the production line is abour 1ton/h. The factory has been established for 2 years and the client mainly uses this production line to produce baby rice flour, nutritional powder, bean flour, sesame paste, etc, baby food, and adult nutritious food. From the video, we can see plenty of balls were produced, those are puffed flour balls, the intermediate products. They will be ground into powder which is the nutritional powder.
The production line contains a 2 screw-conveyors, a mixer, an automatic feeding machine, 2 food extruders, 2 vibrating screens, a silo, and a pulverizer unit.
