Today an edible cutlery production line was loaded and shipped to a Vietnamese client's factory. This production line can produce biodegradable cutlery such as knives, forks, spoons, and drinking straws. Because the raw material is mainly rice/cassava/corn flour, so they are not only environmentally friendly but also can be eaten directly. This is a small-capacity production line, and the output is 100-150kg/h(about 10000-20000 pieces per hour). To make a knife, fork, spoon, or ice cream stick, the size is similar to the normal ones, and to make straws, the diameter range is 2-12mm and the length can be made according to your demand. So a normal drinking straw, or a special straw such as a straw attached to a small boxed milk, all can be replaced by the edible drinking straw.

The whole production line consists of a mixer, a screw conveyor, a food extruder, a cooling conveyor, a cutting machine, 2 hoisters, 2 dryers, and a packaging machine. It can be deployed in a linear shape, L shape, or U shape, that is maximized using the floor. In addition, this production line also can make pasta and snack food.
