After that, it began to be packaged and loaded into the containers. This is a medium output dog food production line with an output of about 1500kg/h. The diameter range of dog food is 0.5mm-15mm. 

This production line includes raw material processing equipment, dog food extruder, air conveyor, dryer, elevator, flavoring machine and packing machine. The raw material processing equipment is used to crush animal bones, meat and grains as raw materials; the function of the dog food extruder is to ripen and shape the mixed raw materials, and then send it to the oven for baking through the air conveyor. The elevator sends the baked dog food or cat food to the seasoning machine for seasoning, and the seasoned dog food can be packaged after being cooled by the cooling conveyor. These pet food processing machines can also produce floating fish feed and sinking fish feed.
