This is a line of Dorito tortilla chips manufactured for Nigerian customers. The production line has a production capacity of approximately 200-300kg/h and is a small production line. 

The core machine of this production line is the TSE70 twin-screw food extruder. Other main machines include a mixer for processing raw materials; a screw conveyor for transporting processed raw materials from the mixer to the food extruder; a multifunctional molding machine for shaping food into various shapes; 2 elevators for transporting foodstuff between 2 machines; a continuous frying machine for frying raw food to mature food; the seasoning machine can season snacks with liquid or powder seasonings, and a packaging machine can be equipped at the end of the production line if the customer needs it.
