Artificial konjak nutrition rice machines sent to Indonesia
These are artificial rice machines that will be used to produce konjak rice in Indonesia. The machines involve a grinder, a mixer, a screw conveyor, a rice extruder, an air conveyor, an electric dryer, and a cooling machine that forms a whole artificial rice production line.
The Indonesian client will use grain and konjac powder as raw materials to produce konjac rice. The grinder can grind granular or nubbly raw materials into powder to used as raw material. The mixer will mix the raw material. The screw conveyor will convey the treated raw material to the rice extruder and the extruder is the core machine of the production line that determines the output of the production line and is one of the main factors of the quality of the products that made by the production line. The rice made by the extruder will be delivered the the dryer to be dryed by the air conveyor and the will be cooling by the cooling machine. Thus the artificial rice is finished production and can be packed into bag.
