This is a small snack production line in our Ethiopian customer factory, which has just been successfully installed and debugged by one of our after-sales engineers. It can produce a variety of snacks such as Bugles, Doritos/Nachos, Crispy Rice, 3D snacks, etc. What it was producing were Bugle snacks, which is a kind of fried snack that has the shape of bugle and crispy taste and delicious flavor. The production line capacity is approximately 260kg/h. It can adopt various grain flour such as corn/wheat/rice four as the main raw material.

The machines of this production line contain a mixer, a snack extruder, a screw conveyor, a vibrating screen, 2 elevators, a continuous fryer, a vibrating deoiling machine, a flavoring machine, and a cooling machine.
